Horrible customer service
There were two adults checking in at different times for the same room. The reservation was made by Fallon but had notations that Jackie would check in earlier due to traveling. When Jackie checked in she was assured that all Fallon had to do was let the front desk know our room number and name with ID and Fallon could get her room key for the room she reserved. However, even showing the email confirmation and ID the lady at the front desk wouldn’t release the key without having Fallon call the room or go to the room and knock on the door until Jackie woke up to give verbal confirmation “again” that Fallon could pick up her room key. The lady behind the counter continued to just say “it’s policy” she wouldn’t listen to either of us “patrons” she was rude, hung up on Jackie, raised her voice at Fallon and was short with Fallon.
It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
