First of all the hotel said I didnt pay, and made me pay again at checking out - even though I showed that I had paid via www.hotels.com. Afterwards checking my account I could see that hotel.com had withdrawn the amount. So I paid twice. After complaint I got my refund, but be carefull!
The internet is poor, keeps falling out.
The room was smelly. and I woke up at 0500 and had a bad and dry taste in my mouth. Including a headdick. This due to the smelly humid room. The smell came from the airconditioner.
I had no hot water at all. Meaning very little water came out. What came out was cold. I talked to reception, they said they fixed in the morning....but they didnt. I did not extend my stay her.
The lights in the room are horrible bright, the blanket smelly and I found long black hair on the floor. I have short blond
I been to hundreds of hotels, this is one of the worst. I hardly ever complain, I rather give credit.
After complaining to the hotel, they offered med 30 mins massage....what a joke. A bad night sleep and not able to shower.
My advise that you stay away from the place....it has bad vibes.
