Our family booked 2 nights in this "Penthouse," we only stayed 1 night. It is very hard to locate because it is inside a parking garage next to a construction material store with large trucks and forklifts loading in the street. There is not a front desk, we were email a code to get in the door. We had been there for a few hours when a man came in the door speaking a language unknown to us and went into the kitchen and got a key out of a drawer. The ceilings in parts of the unit were so low we bumped heads several times. There were broken lamp shades, wiggley clothes racks, no shower curtain, nasty exhause fan in bathroom, and broken window openers just to name a few. The balcony had a view of the other buildings with their broken windows and trash on their roofs. The unit was supposed to have a hair dryer but I could not find it so I emailed the concierge that was suppose to answer 24/7. I never received an answer.
