Paid over $500 a night, the room has no TV, no breakfast included. WIFI connection is poor, you will be disconnected in 5 seconds. The heater is old style won’t generate much heat. It was snowing even in summer (no kidding). Room was cold. We requested a blanket, was told all the blankets were already used up for people like us, instead they gave us 4 sheets, I bet not only us have the same problem. We requested if they have an electric heater we can use, was told “Sorry, this is what we can do the best”. This is the worst experience I ever had after travelled all over the world stayed hundreds hotels, as a businessman. paid more than $500/night, do not deserve this. They made so much money, but do not want to spend a little bit to upgrade the facility. Provide a better experiences for customers. What a greedy hotel! I understand this a lodge inside Yellowstone national park, you basically have no other choice unless you have to drive more than half hour. I still want warn other people. It is not you get what you paid for, it is more like we know you have no choice, we will screw you up.
