I have stayed at Best Western numerous times and have always been greeted by friendly, courteous people. And it was the same this time. Unfortunately, this time I picked up a hand towel to wipe my hands and as I opened up the towel I released there was a huge brown stain on the inside of the towel. At first it looked like someone had wiped their rear end with it, as it was late and I wasn't dressed I waited till the next morning to go downstairs and show the front desk. They were very horrified that I got this towel experience. And apologized profusely. Unfortunately, as nice as they were, this didn't help my being upset and not sleeping well the whole night. I am not a fan of hotels but have always found your hotel to be exceptionally clean, easing my not being happy to be in a hotel feelings. As I told the lady at the front desk, I worked as a maid and I know this should never have happened. Obviously they left towels from the previous visitors in the room, whereas, they should have removed all towels from the previous visitors and replaced them with fresh towels.
I was offered fresh towels by the front desk and an apology. I know they can't do anything more, but it just wasn't enough. Later they told me it was make up on the towel, doesn't matter at that point cause it had already upset me the whole night.
