Not sure what it wants..
Amazing hotel that is both different and nice, but it has a few problems.
The problems are mostly in the restaurant area, things take too long if you order food or drinks, you might not even get what you order.
The buffets are ok but lack any continental touch.
Nobody speaks english, not a problem for me, but its a typical recurring thing in nice colombian hotels.
The rooms are a bit neglected, even if you pay for the most expensive ones, for some strange reason they shut down the most expensive area and rooms of the hotel in the week days.
There are also some problems with hot water if too many uses the Jacuzzis in the a bit nicer rooms at the same time.
They have a nice and big reception but its only used for check-in abd check-out, if you have other ideas about ordering activities, pool towels or even moto service to the towns you have to go the the mini reception near the bar and kiosk.
They try to be competitive snd have a floating activity area in the lake but its too old and dry nobody uses it....wold rather try the one that in 10 min away by walking.
What is nice about this hotel is the closeness to everything and the pool, Jaccuzi and turco...and lets not forget the amazing and very big outside Jacuzzi its really lovely.
To be honest Some people in the restaurant do try customer service, but it gets killed by those that just dont know what that word mean.
There is a bit of sex tourism here, but also a few normal tourists and locals coming for the pools.
