Would not stay there again
Friendly staff but their English level could be a problem if you need information about something outside the hotel. Cleaning could be better. There were many long hairs in my bathroom when I came. Also there was money missing in my room after cleaning staff had been there. I adressed this to the hotel but nothing happend apart from that said it would be investigated. Didn't hear anything about it. Would recommend to use the safe if you wish to stay in this hotel! The Wifi also is not that good in the room. A bit slow and I jumped in and out several times.
Breakfast is good. So is the restaurant. The rooms are quiet and I didnt get bothered from any outside noise. Pool was decent. Liberdade is a nice area if you like Asian cusine. All in all the hotel is ok, but I didn't like that I was stolen from. Fortunately it wasn't more than 50 reais, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. It was laying on the table instead of in the safe, but still I dont think it should have happened. I would never stay there again. If that hadn't happen I guess the hotel could have been rated with good value for your money.
