Payment
At arrival. Front desk wanted to know how I was paying for the room. After seeing my hotels.com receipt they said it was all set. After check out. I received a phone call that I never paid and they were trying to charge my card on file. Without permission. Sent me an invoice. Which was different than the invoice from hotels.com. Called back to be put on hold. Then told I only had to pay the service fees. Which were paid. Was put on hold again while they compared the two receipts. Finally contacted through email again after two day. Any questions I had asked about why the difference and extra charges were completely ignored. The only reaponse was “can you verify your credit card number”
