Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!
We were not able to use the room. got to the hotel to check in. Everything was going good till the clerk asked for my I d and a credit card. I have only one credit card. And I told the clerk that my card had been compromised very recently. My wife tried purchasing an item at the local Walmart with the credit card and it was denied. We are no where near the credit limit. I tried calling the credit card company and of course I was connected to a foreigner that I could not understand! Thought we got the problem resolved. But apparently we didn’t! But I offered to pay $100.00 cash for the security deposit, they would not take cash. So we did not use the room. Drove back home 4 and a half hours. With a really mad wife that was looking forward to some gambling and fun in Biloxi. Hopefully I can get my hotel room reservation booking payment refunded to my credit card!!!!!!!!
