A night of bed bugs and roaches
I am writings this to warn people. We stayed two nights at this hotels and ended up with bed bugs. The last night we woke up to huge cockroach (the size of small rats) crawling from underneath the bed. We had a sleepless night hunting roaches and bed bugs. The next day, when we told the reception, they didnt seem to care much. We asked for a refund for the last night, but were told that it was impossible. They offered us the 1 breakfast for free (which was really bad btw) and said we could stay one more night for free if we wanted. We were flying out of Cancun the same day, but if we were staying in Holbox we wouldnt be 500 meters near the hotel. Oh, and right next to the property, somebody are buildling a new hotel. So if you didnt have a sleepless night from bugs, you will get it from the noise. The hotel is also dirty and not well-kept. Look elsewhere.
