Stayed for 4 nights. The room was big, with window towards street. The room smelled of mold and was somewhat dilapidated, but still clean enough. Aircon worked perfectly, more than can be said of many other, newer places all over the world. The beds were a bit hard, but sheets were clean. The staff was super helpful, beyond their economic interest. Their english, especially Philip's, is probably the best english in Hanoi. Have expectations according to price, and this place was pretty cheap. Bring ear plugs, noise from the street may keep you awake.
