The moment I checked in I had nothing but problems specially with the room and staff behaviour. Nothing was explained during check in. Had a reservation for 2 nights for 4 guests (1 aduly and 3 children) which I had to pay at hotel. I was checked in by a woman called Dema who only charged me for one night without telling me so the following day my room card stopped working which took me over 30mins to get sorted, terrible rude and unprofessional behaviour from Fatemah and Dema at reception who were blatantly talking about me to my face, laughing in Arabic as she knew I couldn’t understand. A complaint was lodged with the hotel manager. We also had our room changed 3 times due ro various problems, from shower leaking and flooding the bathroom to not enough beds as per my booking. Breakfast was ok. I would not recommend this hotel due to the terrible reception staff, the behaviour really ruined our umrah experience and we couldn’t wait to leave. Get a hotel closer to the haram esp after completing umrah as we had to get a taxi back to the hotel which took 45mins due to the gridlocked traffic. They don’t have a shuttle or buggy to the haram like other hotels so it’s not worth the price to stay here. I will never stay here again.
