Never stay here again
Stayed here for 13 nights at the Grand deluxe room, the room itself was half ok, the bed was two (maybe) 4 foot beds put together so you could feel the crack in the middle. First impression is that the bed is huge and the ac cover had fall down, the colors of the room was quite dark and the lighting was very white. At closer look there was two water bottles a kettle and coffee cups but no coffee. The fridge in the room didnt work. We had a room on the fifth floor which the reseptionist told us that there may be some noice as they were renovating the restaurant I guess, it was quite loud banging from 8 am till 5 pm. On the second day they call me from the reseption asking if they could cleen the room, I replied "yes come in about 30 minutes", as I wanted the towels changed I put the on the floor, bath towels and hand towels and left the room. Upon arrival back at the hotel I noticed that they forgot to put back fresh hand towels, and the day after I got a call from the reseption saying that the house keeping had reported the towels missing. They confronted me all together 4 times with this issue, blaming me for loosing the towels even after i told my side of the story. We were down infront of the reseption with a discussion of hand towels they accused me of loosing, I told them to do an inventory count but it seemed very unprofessional and I was very embarrased and insulted of this treatment. The last I guess 3 days they put the hand towels back and blamed the house keeping.
