Amazing stay!
This was out first time in Siem Reap and we definitely chose the right place to stay! We were picked up free of charge from the airport and taken straight to our bungalow. There is no check in hassle, they give you a form to fill out in your own time (in the comfort of your air conditioned bungalow). Moments after we had entered our accommodation we were brought fresh fruit, juice and croissants, which were delicious. When we decided to relax around the pool on the second day we were brought cold, fresh coconuts and when the coconuts weren't cold, ice cream. All this is complimentary. As for the accommodation it is of very good standard. The bathroom is large and relatively new with a bathtub that was actually long enough for me. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very effective. We ate breakfast on the second day besides the pool. We chose the Chinese style breakfast which was very good alongside a very good ice coffee and fruit juice (they also offer 'American' and continental style breakfast). On the third day we went to Angkor Wat for the sunrise and upon learning of our plans the staff said our breakfast would be packed take away style for our early departure (which was waiting for us at 0450 in our Tuk tuk).
Overall we would definitely stay here again, if not just to experience the wonderful interpersonal service and hospitality.
Downside: the bungalows are situated next to a relatively busy road, but we never had any trouble sleeping.
