This is not a good hotel, and very far from 5*.
1) from you report something broken to something happens - 1 hr.
2) the gym was dark and couldn’t find a switch. 4 people had to come by to be able to turn on the lights.
3) the rooftop “restaurant”/“bar” - no ac, no doors open,no air, had to order by app and then tell waiter we had ordered. ( also no fish in the aquarium)
4) because of the time it took to get ERRORS fixed we didn’t try room service
5) noisy, the sounds from the elevator, people not shutting their doors, people noisy in Their rooms - sound travels thru walls and doors
6) check in/check out super slow, not 5* service
7) aircon very noisy
8) only shampoo and no conditioner in the bathroom
Staff is super friendly and really try their best, so this is more a structural problem.
The rooms are big and shower and bath works, good water pressure.
