The pros- the staff was friendly and helpful, my suite was spacious, and the onsite breakfast was nice. The location was very convenient to restaurants and LSU. There was also sufficient parking.
The cons- my room did not have any extra pillows or blankets, and the blanket on the bed was very thin (I ended up folding over the sheet and blanket to provide a bit more cover). My shower handle was tricky to work, as the water would turn off after turning the handle a certain point (vs. shower handles that rotate cold to hot and stop at the hottest point). The hotel is quite dated. With some updating and repairs, it could be much nicer.
Overall, I'd give it a 7/10- the location is convenient, and my suite was spacious, but the rooms need some updating and TLC.
