Initially disappointed that there was no parking space, even though I messaged so many times about a parking space. (Arrived at 5pm Saturday). But they suggested a location 3 blocks away, which turned out to be a lot less $$ per day, and we didn't plan to use the car at all while in Montreal, so that worked out for us. Otherwise, the stay was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sixth floor room. Relatively quiet. Excellent hot chocolate with milk in the lobby machine (free, also free coffee). Clean. The one block radius around hotel can seem sketchy, but if you're from a big city where the theater entertainment district can be a little sketchy here and there, then this will not be an issue for you. Beyond that one block, it's all good. Very lively during the daylight hours. There was a festival two blocks away when we arrived. It was so convenient to enjoy that right after check in. Chinatown eateries just 5 min walk away. Walked to Old Port and to Underground City. Warning: air conditioning seemed to be on a schedule that we couldn't change (we tried to lower the temp but it didn't seem to take), and it was the hottest days in June that week. Two of us were okay with the settings, other two wished we could have lowered the temp in the room just a little more overnight. We were only there for 3 nights, so we didn't bother getting help from staff with the air conditioning.
