I booked three rooms. For the first and second rooms, I booked and paid for two adults and two children each, including buffet breakfast. For the third room, I booked it for three adults with buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the reception said that only two adults were included in the breakfast, even though I also paid for the children's breakfast.
Additionally, only two rooms were available at check-in, and the second room was served to us very late, around 5:30 PM local time. If we hadn't followed up, it seems we would not have received it. What frustrates me is that when they finally gave us the third room, it was the same room that was already assigned to us. Is this a joke?!?
In short, it was a disaster:
I booked and paid for one night, but their system shows it as two nights. This is confusing! Does that mean I still owe them for one night?
I booked and paid for two double beds, but only two rooms were given with double beds, even though they provided us with a free extra bed.
I booked and paid for breakfast for all adults and children, so why are only adults covered for breakfast?
The check-in process took us an hour at the counter, which was very disappointing, especially since we had a senior citizen with us.
Although they apologized for the delay in giving us the room with a voucher, it doesn't really compensate for the issues we encountered from the very start of our stay.
