Nice historic hotel
One night stay on a long trip. The room was very nice with a kiva fireplace stocked with wood. Unfortunately Taos was pretty shut down in part due to it being Winter but primarily because the main road and sidewalks are torn out making access to the hotel and shopping areas visually inaccessible. Apparently, this has been the case since last summer and is hopefully going to be completed next Spring.

Hotel was not well maintained. Traveled for 15 days and stayed here two nights. Most expensive and the worst stay of the entire trip.

The hotel is lovely and centrally located. There is a lot of history and the folks working there were really kind and friendly. The only negative we had, was that the beds were firmer than we like.

Looked like black mold around the vent in the bedroom. Everything seems to need updating. The location is very good.
