When we arrived for check in, it seemed they did not have a reservation and were not even sure where to look for it. Fortunately, they did have a room and the price was even less than originally agreed to. The hotel is old, rooms are very small but clean. There was no stopper for the sink and the faucet ran the water right up against the back of the sink. The water had a definite iron smell to it and the associated tinge of rust colour. They provide bottles of water for drinking which is an offset to that. The TV is very small and electrical outlets limited and difficult to access. The room was very hot when we first went in and we had the window wide open all night to keep it cool enough, even with the vent closed. There must be a cattle operation nearby since we got an occasional whiff of manure and part way through the night were subjected to the smell of skunk. Beds are ok but somewhat soft for my likes. All in all, if you need a place to sleep, it gets by; but don't expect any luxury or extras.
