No front desk attendant, as advertised. Did not read fine print stating hotel needed a call 24 hours in advance. Did not receive email with key lock box code. Called afternoon of arrival and no answer and no ability to leave a verbal message. Had difficulty contacting someone after arriving at the property in the evening. Fortunately a guy showed up for some unrelated reason and was able to get our room key from the lock box after we fully explained our situation. The advertised breakfast was a "buffet". However, there was no buffet and no coffee bar as shown in the pictures. Waitress spoke 0% English. Another dining customer had to interpret for us with her. She brought us each a single croissant, a small roll, jelly packet, butter packet, orange juice, and coffee. The customer interpreter said she stated that this was the standard offering and that eggs or anything else would be at an additional price. Room and shower were comfortable. However, I will not consider this brand of property again due to the numerous check-in inconveniences and the false advertisement of a breakfast buffet with photos of a coffee bar/station. Someone owes me 2 buffet breakfasts which is what I agreed to in the price that I paid.
