While the hotel was clean and beds and room comfortable the Operations Manager needs lessons on how you treat customers. Her screaming and know it all attitude about an incident at hotel was totally unprofessional. I answered her with anything due to her irrational behavior. I am trying to decide if a letter will be sent to corporate to let them know they have someone like her. Her behavior definitely impacted the stay.
