If you book a Room at Hilton, you expect a Experience, not just a Room with a bed. The service we got on arrival was horrible, we had to wait two hours in the lobby for our room to be ready (this was after check-in hours 16:00). We did not receive our breakfast vouchers and had to pick them up later, we got no Information on how to book the tennis court or how to use the gym, the pool etc. Horrible, horrible service. I’ve never been treated this bad at a Hotel. The rooms also needs renewal, cracks in the walls, smelly carpet, Yellow stains on walls. The hallway smelled poop. Not worth 550 dollars a night!!!!
