Beautiful property but charged extra after checkou
Pro’s:
•All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
•The lobby and exterior is beautiful.
•The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
•I love that there is an extra sink outside of the bathroom area.
•The balcony is small but it was perfect for 2 people.
•The first room she put us in was on the 4th floor in the nook so all we saw was the blue roof right below us and very little lake view. I ask for a room change and she changed us to the 8th floor (outside of the nook) and the lake view was absolutely beautiful from there.
Con’s:
•I was charged $39.88 more than I agreed to. They said that those are taxes but I had already paid taxes and fees.
•Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the whole time we were there or before we got there, our rooms or the hall, and the floors definitely needed it.
•Housekeeping only refilled our coffee pods/sugar/cups 1 day.
•Housekeeping only came twice during our 4 night stay.
•I paid $50 for early checkin so we could just go to the indoor pool and hang out that day. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance that day so we paid for early checkin for no reason.
