This is a «hip», but rather unfriendly hotel. The staff was cold, uninterested and rather unkind.
Our room was large and modern, but with no chair or sofa to sit down. Sound protection was good, you could not hear the planes flying by. In the fridge was two very minature water bottles only, and in the lobby they were sold out of water completely. The salads and sandwiches for sale was gone two days over their exp. date. The lobby bar was crowded with non-guests, and it took them 45 mins. to come back to tell us they were out of the meals we had ordered. The poor girl waitress was a hero though, everybody were screeming and waiving for here but she kept smiling. The bathroom has a half shower door, so you are guaranteed to get the floor rug wet even before you get in. Soap and shampoo dispencers broken.
Same unfriendly attitude at checkout as last night arriving.
Housekeeping staff seemed very friendly.
And the airport shuttle driver was perfect.
Most of the lobby area was closed off all morning, so everybody checking out had 12 tiny chairs to share between them while waiting for their pickup. Being an airport hotel, this hotel could earn some needed credit by offering extended check-out times. A packed tiny lobby at 11am is not a good or healthy experience.
We shall not return!
