Dirty linens - avoid!
Dirty linens!
We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology. Other issues are minor in comparison but we had to make our kids’ bed ourselves and reception doesn’t take credit cards for food or drink (in 2019!!) and doesn’t allow you to charge anything to the room. The breakfast area is much too small for a full hotel, so lines are very long and people had to sit outside in the parking lot to eat. Don’t use this hotel if you can avoid it.
