They have notices via social media and throughout the facility renovations are coming, however service is still required. You could see the dust in the rooms, dirt along the baseboards/carpet. They offer bagels, toast, coffee, juice complimentary but they did not replenish the food. Two of the three mornings they ran out of coffee having to wait 10/15 minutes for coffee ONLY after we asked to make more coffee. The toasters took forever to toast the bagels and the lever to push the toast/bagel down was broke. The area was not maintained. The lobby has a tv, we asked to turn the tv on to watch the football game as our group had 6 people, the girl at front desk did not even know there was a tv and then said did not know how to work it. Maybe she was new but made no offer to help. Customer service, maintaining areas makes a HUGE difference. There was one girl at the front desk (pm shift) on two of three nights we were there, she was AMAZING. She provided excellent service, engaged in conversations, offered assistance. She was the ONLY reason we stayed. I wish I would have asked for her name because she was GREAT.
