The pictures on the website are extremely deceptive. Upon arriving, the place reeked of chemicals and didn’t stop through the entirety of the trip. Staff wore nurses scrubs and did not hesitate to stomp around at all hours. This place was extremely noisy and both nights we stayed had weddings directly above our room, nose 24/7. We stayed in a “remodeled” room, which had no warmth or charm just your standard run of the mill grey LVP with “modern” cheap furniture, fake plants and an old mattress equipped with a pathetic mattress topper. The shower head sits directly above you and has no water pressure. But really, we felt worse for those who stayed in the rooms that hadn’t been remodeled yet. They look like total dumps and should probably be reported for health and safety violations based on other scathing reviews. Embarrassing conditions. The only two good things, which unfortunately did not save it in the least for us, were the location and Parakeet Cafe. Although I will say, we would’ve had a better experience at a Best Western because at least there would’ve been free coffee.
This was a total bait and switch—greasy vibe, extremely misleading. We were shocked by the exterior appearance of the hotel, no landscaping surrounding the exterior, dirt surrounded the outside and the overall appearance was shabby and ghetto.
This place should probably be shut down or at the very least, inspected for health and safety code violations. Don’t waste your money.
