The resort is beautiful and up to standards, but we werent fully satisfied with certain things such as some of the staff and cleaning. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and spent the whole last day at Disneyworld and came back to find our room not cleaned with no new towels. When bringing this up with the reception they said that the staff had tried cleaning on two separate occations but that we did not let them, which doesnt make any sense considering we were gone the whole day. We had also not put up any «do not disturb» signs.
Another thing is that we were not informed of an additional resort fee when checking in and was told that the full deposit would be paid back when after check out.
We brought up our dissatisfaction with the hotel the day after checkout (we checked out at 4am). We were told then that they couldnt do any reimbursements for our dissatisfactions since we were already checked out, despite bringing up the lack of cleaning with the staff the same day while still staying there. We were ultimately told by their costumer service to call some other number to talk to another guy about this.
Additionally, the hotel also didnt offer any free shuttle to the parks or the airport, and we ended up spending alot of money on uber because of this. The hotel is more remote than we previously thought. Our stay was sadly dissapointing seeing as the hotel and facilities are super nice.
Should have just stayed at the Rosen Inn the whole time and saved a bunch of money.
