Receptionist/ owner was acting too smart. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were on different floors. Thought they had rooms available, he willnot change it. No coffee in the room, only 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no tissue or hangers. When I asked for coffee, toilet paper, tissue and hangers he said this is the new rule no extras and just to make me happy he will give me an extra roll of toilet paper and 2 hangers but no tissue. He gave me coffee too. He was not very pleasant though when I checked out he apologized for his behavior and the inconvenience we had.He sounded like he was not happy to be working in his parents hotel/family business. Whyndham should upgrade the standard of this hotel. Hotel has a rundown appearance. Time to update it.
Room was clean. Bfast ok.
