Wonderful hotel experience!
Had a great experience at Hotel Kompas. The pool is not heated, but it was just hot enough to use, it was open even in April which was great as it was unseasonably warm. The indoor pool was also great, although this was also a little cold, would have hoped it was heated a bit more, but it was not used much so made sense.
The room was amazing, with great view. The staff were so helpful and nice.
The only point I have to note, is that the staff will go into and check your room 3 times a day, once for housekeeping, once for glasses/drinks/tea, and once for adding a chocolate. All at different times. It made me feel like we were never 'alone' in the room and relaxing unless it was late in the evening.
Was also very simple to get the buss into old town, or Uber around. Would very much recommend if you're in Dubrovnik to relax.
