From the start, my experience was a bit unusual. I arrived quite late. By then, no other customers were waiting for a room. However, the receptionist inquired about my name and then vanished for a few minutes. I felt uneasy, thinking perhaps there was no room available for me. But eventually, I was given a room. Upon entering, I noticed an open window, giving me the impression someone had just finished preparing the room. That wasn't a major issue, but I was also surprised not to receive any gold member bonuses from the hotel. Perhaps someone overlooked it, but I didn't make a big fuss about it.
The next morning, I accidentally left my nearly new Levi's hoodie at breakfast. I wasn't overly concerned because I believed that items don't go missing at the Radisson. However, I was mistaken. The following day, I inquired about my hoodie at the restaurant, and they told me it had been moved to reception. When I approached the reception desk, the lady there described my item, confirming they had it. She went to fetch it, and I waited... and waited. After about 15 minutes, she returned to tell me that my hoodie was nowhere to be found. She tried contacting the staff member from the previous night, but couldn't reach him after two attempts. She assured me she would get in touch to resolve the issue. Sadly, by the time I checked out on 28th October 2023, no one had contacted me about it. While €120 isn't a substantial sum, I expected better, especially since this wasn't a 2-star hotel
