Excellent stay
A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The iberostarapp does not work at all. Dont use it!! Theres is no ATM at the hotel, they can drive you there but since it's only one ATM it was out of money that one time we went there. The boat was closed for maintenance the week we where there and the view point they are advertising about was also closed. Apart from that we loved our stay and would come back:) The beach was really beautiful and the pool as well. They kept everything clean.
