Choose this hotel mainly for three reasons -location, the fact that they had room service and to get some sleep before a busy next day. Location was great. Room service however finished at 10pm so too early for our schedule, so no food to be had. Air-con in our room 301, made a very annoying sound at random times (like an nespresso machine starting to make coffee) so this kept me awake all night along with the room being too hot despite air-con being set to 18c. At checkout there was no standard “how was your stay” question. So when I still volunteered the info and told about my experience, there was no “sorry to hear that” but simply a oh. In general there seemed to be a lack of basic customer service. Like at breakfast there was no good morning or even any kind of acknowledgement from the staff. Nobody asking if you would like anything from the menu, no smiles to be seen. So in general quite disappointed by this hotel unfortunately. Would not come again.
