Problems with booking (maybe Hotels.com, but I don’t think so) seems like no control at hotel after opening up again (Covid) no coffee at room, no change of towels.
We ordered breakfast, and was told it come to the room, because little guests at hotel, breakfast was served in the bar… made long time before ordering, cold breakfast.
I work in hotel business, and I know how important to do servise, this hotel doesn’t care about the few guests they have.
Bar and restaurant closed at 7 pm, nobody told us about that.
This hotel is high price for one day, but we stayed other hotel for less money witch was much better.
I look reviews for this hotel before Covid and very good reviews, I really don’t understand why so difficult to keep up the service from before, sorry guys… here you have big job to do
