Laundry trouble
We would probably have left a pretty good review because besides a hard bed, the people and the service here was good. Unfortunately the fact that we got a bill for 392000cop when we were gonna check out makes the entire experience sour. We feel used and tricked that we have to pay almost half the hotel room price for two bags of laundry and mini bar. So let’s add this up: 3 chocolate bars, 2 bottles of water and 1 can of beer + two bags of laundry. The rest of the bill in Spanish we don’t understand and trying to argue with the man in the resepsjon when he can’t speak English is very hard. Somehow we ended up paying just 200.000, which I still think is a robbery. We have done laundry at other hotels and the absolute most we have paid is 20.000 cop and here they take 296.000 cop to wash the same amount of clothes. It’s ridiculous and the hotel should reconsider the prices.
