In total We had a very Nice stay at Los Lagos. The pool area was very nice and pretty. Many small pool with different temperature and a fun waterslide. The wet bar was also very nice with friendly staff and good food. We where there during the rainy season and they have a shuttle service which we used when the rainfall was heavy. Our room was situated a bit from the restaurant and reception. We had dinner 3 times in the main restaurant. The food was ok and the service was very good. Breakfast is very nice as well, but you have to book a time for breakfast every day even if you want the same time for consecutive days. We did a zip line tour which was located on the property. This was very nice. The only thing they could change is to give a small reduction in the price for hotel guest since the price for the zip line also includes entrance to the hot springs which are free for hotel guests. Overall our stay was good. The only negative thing was the service in the reception. When we got there it was croudy and they worked very slow. The reception is for both hotel guests checking in and out and guests to the hot springs. The people working there are not as friendly as the rest of the staff in the hotel. I think it would be better if they separated the hotel guests from the visitors to the hot springs. The room was good, but only had 4 hangers in the closet and not many hooks on the wall to hang up wet clothes. With a few adjustments this would be an excellent hotel.
