Most of the breakfast was good. The bacon was basically raw. If you like it like that, great.
You have to call the hotel for a shuttle pickup. They answered and immediately put me on hold. Within 30 seconds, the line disconnected. Between my husband and I, we tried for 30 minutes, calling 10 different times. Each time this happened. I finally called Best Western customer service. They gave me a case number and will look into this. Fortunately, the shuttle came by for another pickup and we were able to get a ride. This issue with the disconnecting needs to be fixed. I would've waited on hold until they could take the call but the more times we got disconnected, the more frustrating it became.
