I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. Below are are the details of what happened:
1) When I checked in with my family on August 30th, we were given the keys to Room # 118. When we opened the room, there was pest control powder everywhere, the beds were not made, and it was an unclean room, not ready for a guest. We again went downstairs and told the front desk about this. They said they would not know if a room is clean and it was the housekeeping who was supposed to enter that in the system! This time we got the keys for Room # 311.
2) At around 7.15 am next morning, the lights started flickering and then they went out. We were in the dark for the entire time till we checked out of the hotel around 10 am. We couldn't call the front desk, we couldn't charge our phones, we had to grope our way in the dark to get breakfast downstairs and that too we couldn't have things like fruit juice, waffles, pancakes etc. because there was no power. We asked the front desk about the power and they said some power lines were down and that the backup power was also not working! When I asked them why they don't check and maintain the power backup regularly they said they can't do it and they would only come to know if the power backup is working if a situation like this occurred!
It was overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life!
