This is a gorgeous and huge hotel, though too expensive for the dated rooms. It was a busy weekend with MegaCon in town, as such, valet parking was canceled. The parking garage was convenient, however. Check in was quick and friendly. The room smelled a bit stale, but was overall okay. The makeup mirror didn't work, and the water pressure in the shower was subpar. I gave them a middling rating for "eco-friendliness" because who the fudge cares! The employees at the gift shop were so freaking kind and nice. It's an architectural wonder, this hotel, especially the walk to the convention center. I'd go back, but again, for the price, I had higher expectations.
