The hotel seemed clean, even though they are under going remodeling.
The room was booked on line and I had no knowledge of the condition until arrival.
We were in an emergency situation, no heat in our home, and chose to spend the night elsewhere. I requested a king room with handicap facilities. I was unable to shower because there were no grab bars.
When I tried to go to bed, I basically fell into a crater. The mattress was so badly pitted that I could not move around or turn onto my side with out help.
I have never tried to sleep in such an awful bed, especially having to pay to do so. I had very little sleep and could not relax.
Also, despite a noise rule, there was someone either yelling or having their television extremely loud in the middle of the night. 1-2 am. I could hear it in our room.
I would not spend the night at this hotel ever again.
