Good area
Older hotel in an excellent position. the area is close to all attractions and bus tours are right across the street. The other side goes out onto the plaza. The breakfast was fabulous with a huge selection. The only let down was the heat of the room- it was very hot and unable to turn the heat down or open a window. The toilet in the room didn’t smell very clean. The room didn’t have a separate bathroom- the shower and wash basin was open in the room; there was a curtain to pull around the area for privacy.

Ils sont en train d’enlever les frigos des chambres afin que l’on achète la marchandise disponible à la réception et qui coûte 5 fois le prix. La salle de sport est décevante. Il coûte 6 euros par personne pour accéder sur le toit. Cela n’en vaut d’ailleurs pas la peine. Déjeuner formule buffet correct.

Great location and effective service & comfort
I have stayed at this place for multiple times as it’s most centrally located and meets all criteria related to basic needs of comfort. However, I won’t put it in the luxury class. It more of an effective choice for weekend travels than a cozy luxury spot. After all the hotel seems to focused on servicing the large tour operators and has a total of 1030 rooms.

Bathroom cleaned daily rest of the room didnt ( even rote in the dust)lots of staff not very friendly ( blonde lady on reception and two staff in the bar area)ower room door left open while we were out all day asked for results of investigation of why door was open at reception he shrugged his shoulder and told us what could he do so no help what so ever also we were charged 6 euros for every time we went to the roof bar which wasn't that great furniture made out of pallets and deck chairs and no bar but a kiosk with a fridge for drinks
