The room was tiny and cramped, however clean. EXTREMELY noisy so don't expect a good night's rest at this overpriced hotel, you can hear everything both in the hallways and whatever is happening outside in the streets. At a minimum they should offer foam plugs instead of telling you it's close to the white house and therefore it justifies the noise. Crappy "Gym" on a floor that has No A/C and looks like a murder trap. The staff isn't friendly and welcoming, just there to do their job so you can be on your way. Tiny, cramped lobby. Water machine in the lounge is broken. The worst part is that there are plenty of chain hotels nearby (i.e Moxy, Hilton) that cost less and would've been a better experience instead of this crappy hotel that pretends to be high-end. NEVER staying here again. When discussing grievances about an uncomfortable night's stay, front desk and manager were rude, and only after arguing with me did they offer to refund me a very small percentage of what I paid...even with the refund the amount paid was still not worth it. Very unprofessional staff.
