We booked two rooms through Hotels.com on this hotel. When we got there, the hotel had only received booking for one room. I had to call Hotels.com, and they spoke to the receptionist. Luckily they had another room available, and we didn't have to pay anything extra to get it (after all, we had already paid for two rooms). We experienced the same thing on the same trip on another Mercure hotel (in Cologne), so maybe there is a problem between Mercure hotels' booking system and Hotels.com. Even though it worked out, it was a bit annoying to wait 30 minutes to get the second room.
Apart from that, the hotel was very nice, but the swimming pool was out of order. That was a major disappointment for the children, especially since this was in early August with really hot temperatures.
