Our stay lasted five nights. In three days our room was cold as a fridge.
We tell the front desk about the problem, the answer we received was that they should try to solve the problem. We contacted the front desk twice daily, as they say the problem is already resolved. We walk up to our hotel room and it was just as cold. The bedroom was so badly heated that we had to sleep with jackets, at the same time we couldn't shower for two days when the bath and water were freezing.
There was no help from the receptionist for the first three days, fortunately there was a new receptionist who was at work on day 4. He understood the problem and arranged a new hotel room. Here the heating worked.
If you want a quiet holiday, do not choose this hotel. Then there are noisy and not very friendly staff.
Due to the terribly low temperature in the first few days, my partner and I have become ill after our stay. In retrospect, I have tried to contact the hotel to explain the problem and apologize. But it does wait, as the hotel does not answer me by phone or email.
