I was surprised a $150 hold was put on my credit card in case of room damage. I’m sure that fact was buried on the website somewhere, but it was an unwelcome surprise. The staff was not particularly friendly for the hospitality industry. Not the worst I’ve seen, but not good. The room for three did not have enough towels, bedding for the pullout couch, and only near empty rolls of toilet paper. The person at the front desk handled this when requested, but the room should’ve been properly stocked. My other pet peeve is not having a ventilation fan to cool off the bathroom after a shower. On the bright side, the hotel was clean, had spacious rooms, two sinks, and micro/fridge.
