The motel has fallen in disrepair visually, but the inside of the rooms are better than perceived from the outside.
Had a room on the 3rd floor, and it was clean and OK.
The building itself is poorly maintained, and more or less everything is broken. Elevator looks like it was due for replacement 40 years ago.
They seem to try to avoid loitering on the property, as all exterior lights have been replaced with bright LEDs. But there is still many homeless people roaming the property at night. You will meet random people hanging out in the stairwells and around parked cars.
Location is close to the highway and a busy main road, so expect lots of road noise during all night.
