This hotel was extremely clean with very friendly staff. It was a great, budget-friendly and family-friendly option near Disney. If you're driving, I highly recommend staying here. Parking is $20/day at the hotel and $30/day at the parks, but with the money you save not going to a bigger resort, it's worth it (especially with the free breakfast). If you're not driving, it might be difficult to stay off campus without access to amenities like the monorail.
We were a bit bummed about the shuttle offered by the hotel, but that's mostly because we didn't know much about it in advance as there isn't much available online. The shuttle only ran twice in the morning (8:40am and 11am) and twice at night (5:15pm and 8:00pm) and you need to make a reservation at least an hour in advance. This is probably fine for people with older children, but it'd be hard for us with a 2 and 1 year old. Not a complaint, just sharing for other families to be aware of!
Otherwise, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was pretty nice, the ice machine was very clean, the breakfast options were standard but good (fun Mickey waffles), and like I mentioned, the staff was all very friendly. We did have one issue with the drain in our tub, but we mentioned it to staff and they had it taken care of.
It's also in a great area, with quick walking access to a lot of dining options (eat in and takeaway), coffee options, and a Target for anything you forget to bring with you.
We'd definitely stay here again.
