A beautiful hotell - but not really suited for families with small children... There was a childrens pool, and children were tolerated everywhere, but it is was clear this was more of a couples hotel. Beautiful, modern, everything you are looking for if you are just there to relax. The food in the restaurant was really good (According to a sticker on the door they are mentioned in the Michelin guide?), however the service was rubbish (we got the wrong food 3 times, waited an hour before our son of age 3 got his bowl of fries, etc...) Room service was however great - same excellent food, delivered with speed to our door with only 15% added on the bill.
We had a family room with view of the scenery (not the sea). This was actually perfect as we had the sun in the evening and could enjoy the sunset whith a glass of wine on the balcony while the kids slept inside.
Breakfast was nice, but not really worth the money. There is a small shop a few hundred meeters down the road (just next to the hospital) who sold freshly baked baguettes (they were warm!) and everything you would need for a quiet breakfast on your balcony.
The location of the hotell was close to Antibes, but you will need a car! There is nothing (!) in walking distance from the hotel, no restaurants (except a pizza take away joint), no shops (except the bakery), no beaches etc. However, Antibes is only a 10 minute drive away.
