I was put into a suite late in the day. This suite had no phone or air conditioning the temperature was 24 degrees Celsius. The hotel offer only 4000 Marriott points which gets you absolutely nothing. They claimed to reduce my food service by 50% but I was charged the full service bill just received in my email 3 hours after checking out while on a plane so I can’t even asked why they changed their mind. We spent about 30 minutes with the staff while the attempted to repair this but no luck with changing the room nor repairing it. I’m a gold elite Marriott member and a platinum Expedia member I would expect better service. I’m very disappointed in Marriott and Residence Inn.
